Maidstone Ladies 4ths met Herne Bay 3rds for the first time since both were promoted last season. It was Maidstone who dominated throughout, with some well worked attacks, eventually rewarded with a debut goal for newcomer Belinda Wienrich.

Maidstone maintained pressure in the second half, coming close on numerous occasions. They finally made victory safe when Nicky Bourne connected cleanly with Nicky Coomansingh’s cross to turn it high into the net.
