Maidstone Ladies 3s 2 - Sevenoaks Ladies 6s 2

Maidstone ladies 3’s played Sevenoaks ladies 6’s away at Sevenoaks School.

The half time score was 1-1 and final score was 2-2. Our goal scorers and joint POM were Madeleine Jarvis and Jaime Cronk.

Maidstone started strong with an early goal from a perfectly executed short corner scored by Madeleine Jarvis. Despite continued pressure by Maidstone and several opportunities in the D the score line was 1-1 at half time.

Maidstone continued to defend strongly and were 2-1 up following another fantastic finish by Jaime Cronk from a short corner. Sevenoaks got lucky with their equaliser from an awkward spinning aerial ball that was struck in the D and caught Maidstone’s keeper offguard.

Overall a strong team performance by Maidstone against a very frustrated Sevenoaks team
