3's vs BBHC. To keep their promotion hopes alive the 3's needed to get a result against 2nd placed BBHC and started the match brightly with some good passages of play but as the first wore on BBHC were getting stronger and began to dominate play and their pressing game was having a big impact affecting the 3's normally impressive passing game, putting the home team under constant pressure and BBHC took a 1-0 lead into half time.
The 2nd half was more of the same pressure from the away side, Maidstone weren't playing badly but the constant pressing from the away team was severely impacting how the home team were performing and credit to BBHC scored 2 more goals late on to show why they sit second in the league. A tough loss but huge credit to Captains Lucinda and Caroline for pushing us close to promotion this season and making us an enjoyable team to play for. Match report by Julie Davies
