3’s v Deal
Maidstone got off to a bad start conceding in the first five minutes but didn’t let their heads drop and soon levelled with some great play around the back to find Jaime who drove the ball down the right wing and a little one two with Robyn saw Jaime neatly slot home the goal. Maidstone were applying most of the attacking pressure yet unfortunately found themselves 3-1 down at half time.
The second half again saw Maidstone playing the better hockey and creating more chances and found a second goal when Robyn scored on the back post from Jen’s cross. Maidstone battled hard but just couldn’t find an equaliser.
