Maidstone men's 4s

Maidstone Mens 4s is a junior development team and today they put on a performance of fabulous teamwork that would make an adult team who have been playing together for years proud. They totally dominated the first half and much of the second, outstanding performances from Adam, Scott, and Matt in the midfield have our attacking players some great opportunities but unfortunately we were unable to take advantage. All of The junior players worked hard for each other both on and off the pitch, offering encouragement and support. The conditions on the pitch led to an unfortunate slip during a tackle which gave away a short corner early in the second half leading to a goal for the opposition shortly followed by a second.
This meant a very undeserved 2-0 loss. However if the team continues to play that way we will be a hard opponent to anyone
