Junior Schools' Tournament

Once again, Wendy Carter arranged an U11s tournament at the club for local junior schools on FRIDAY 27th MARCH.

There were 10 teams from 5 local primary schools with 80 children enjoying playing matches, for some the first time ever against another school. All teams had four matches in the group stages with the semi final places going to Hollingbourne Hawks v Loose and Hollingbourne Harriers v Roseacre.

Both semi finals went into extra time before both Hollingbourne teams mangered to scrap their way into the final. The eventual winners were Hollingbourne Harriers. Congratulations to everyone who took part and we hope to see many of them down at the club.
