Running the Club
Maidstone Hockey Club is an amateur operation, run entirely by volunteers. But the way in which the management is progressed is highly professional, and is broken down as follows:
Management Group
The Management Group meets monthly in the season to drive forward all aspects of the Club's governance.

General Committee
The General Committee is the ultimate decision-making body of the Club. It delegates the majority of its functions to the Management Group. The General Committee meets two times a year.

Annual General Meeting
The full meeting of the Club takes place at the end of each season - usually in April. In addition to hearing the Managers' reports, the AGM receives the last year's accounts, the forthcoming year's budget, any changes to subscriptions and match fees, and any proposals for new Vice Presidents.
